To Students and Parents:
The College has arranged to make available a tuition refund insurance plan offered by A.W.G. Dewar, Inc. This elective insurance plan provides coverage for Tuition, Room and Board, Health Service Fee and Student Activity Fee charges, should a student suffer a serious illness or accident and leave Holy Cross before the semester is completed.

The Plan significantly extends and enhances the College’s published refund policy. You are assured a 100% refund throughout the term even though the College’s own refund policy may have expired at the time you are forced to withdraw for medical reasons.

NOTE: Please refer to the Holy Cross Guide to Payment Policies and Procedures for a full description of the Holy Cross Refund policy. For mental health withdrawals, the Tuition Refund Plan pays 60% of costs insured in accordance with the terms as outlined in the insurance contract.

The College has made available the Tuition Refund Plan as an elective option for students and parents. If you wish to purchase this insurance online, the application and premium must be completed prior to the opening date of the College. Online applications cannot be accepted on or after the first day of classes.
