The attached information is regarding an elective insurance program offered by A.W.G. Dewar, Inc. The Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) is a tuition insurance program that significantly extends and enhances our own refund policy as published in the Student Accounts section of the CLU website.
The TRP protects your educational investment by reimbursing 75% of tuition, fees, and room and board charges should your son or daughter withdraw from CLU due to a serious illness, accident or psychological or emotional condition. In the event your son or daughter withdraws, the proceeds, after CLU's outstanding balance and any financial assistance reimbursements have been processed, will be refunded directly to the family.
Participation in the Tuition Refund Plan is entirely optional and our refund policy is applicable whether or not you enroll in the TRP. CLU does not endorse this or any other private tuition insurance program. However, we are pleased to make you aware of A.W.G. Dewar and we encourage you to read the coverage section to determine the program's suitability for your individual circumstances. The annual cost of insurance for tuition, fees, room and board is $353. To cover tuition only, the cost is $264.
CLU's undergraduate withdrawal charge schedule, based on tuition cost, is below.
Withdrawal from CLU during:

| 3rd and 4th week | | 60% |

Should you decide to participate in the TRP online, please submit the application and payment before the first day of classes. In order to be accepted, your completed application must be received prior to September 1, 2010.
